How It Works

  • Send an email to scott.bostley@bspmail.net or call 781-832-5086. All we need is the contact's name, company, and a line or two about their situation. A mutual introduction email works just as well — however you prefer to make the connection.

  • BSP contacts your referral within one business day. We introduce ourselves, explain how we work, and schedule a discovery conversation. You'll get a confirmation once we've connected. We'll also ask upfront how involved you'd like to be — whether that's staying updated throughout, joining early meetings, or stepping back after the introduction. Your preference drives it.

  • We have a straightforward conversation about their current situation — what's not working, what they're paying, where the gaps are. No sales pitch. If there's a fit and they want us to take a closer look at their information, we will. If it's not the right match, we say so.

  • If the business moves forward, BSP manages the full transition — carrier negotiations, plan design, compliance setup, benefits administration, technology implementation, and employee communication. If it's not the right fit, we'll say so honestly. Your reputation is protected either way.
