Meg Snoeyink is an HR Benefits Research Specialist at BSP, where she supports clients by conducting research on employee benefits trends, analyzing plan data, and providing evidence-based insights to strengthen HR strategy and decision-making.
Meg earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Portland State University, where her research focused on workplace diversity and employee well-being.
She enjoys translating complex information into clear, practical recommendations that strengthen HR decision-making and contribute to healthier, more supportive workplaces.
